This coffee is a micro lot produced by a woman farmer , Bedhatu Jibicho, who started working in coffee in the 1960’s and has managed her farm for over 50 years! Her farm has been selected as a model for the region to help other farms improve their harvesting methods. With notes of apricot, lemonade and brown sugar, this washed process coffee is very special.
