Our very first location and home to our on-site roastery, tucked into one of Edmonton's most historic and charming neighbourhoods. Opened in 2018 inside a former pharmacy, you might catch our team roasting in the back during the week. Plenty of seating, plug-ins, and a huge, dog friendly patio make this one of our liveliest community hubs.
The roastery runs right out of the back of this café, where every bag we sell and every coffee we brew across all our locations gets roasted in small batches. It's the heart of The Colombian, and the reason this shop always smells like fresh coffee the moment you walk in.
Fun fact: Santiago and Kristin used to dream about this exact spot being the perfect home for a community-focused business, long before The Colombian existed.
